We thank you for agreeing to respect the departure and arrival times, this allowing us to carry out the reinforced cleaning procedures for your safety and ours.
We would also like to inform you that the vaccination pass, while in effect, is required to stay with us and enjoy the common areas.
You regularly congratulate us on cleanliness, but we want you to know that we are keen to reassure you more particularly in this context and that the recommendations of the public authorities in the fight against covid will be respected.
The disinfection of the gîte, rooms, objects, private, common and external surfaces is reinforced and carried out in accordance with the recommended sanitary protocols, products and standards.
We also use a steam cleaner.
Hydroalcoholic gel is available.
Our linen is washed in long cycles at high temperature with the addition of a special linen disinfectant.
For the rooms, the breakfast service is served at an individual table and distributed in the available spaces (terraces, reception room, etc.) in such a way as to respect social distancing.
The swimming pool area guarantees relaxation areas (two deckchairs, a parasol and a side table available for each room, as well as for the gîte), separated by more than five feet. The usual chlorine treatment of water is effective against viruses.
Our welcome booklet is digitized and sent by email before your stay.
In the event of government restrictions related to COVID (travel ban and/or border closures), deposits will be refunded up to the day before arrival.
