Odyssea Dordonha - from april 8 to 15
To link Argentat-sur-Dordogne to Libourne in a traditional gabarre by sailing on the Dordogne River, before joining the Morbihan by sailboat is the project of the Dordonha Odyssey. The aim of this odyssey is to promote the territories crossed by the Dordogne River and also to highlight the practices and historical traces of the commercial exchanges that were maintained with the Royal Navy and the Atlantic coast. At the time of the monarchy, the wines, in particular that of Domme, were transported on the Dordogne by gabariers to Libourne before being taken over by larger ships bound for the tip of Brittany. 9 stops are planned with a travelling producers' shop offering agricultural and cultural products at each stop.
- Sunday 09 April, from 5pm: Occitan festival near the beach at Saint Julien-de-Lampon.
- Monday 10 April, from 10am, on the beach at Carsac-Aillac: "Easter Monday by the river"!
